Share in the pleasure of new hope & wrap up in vibrant color and soft cotton. Recycled saris, patched with love, are repurposed into Sacred Sari Throws by women who have left the red light district. Handmade by artisans of Sacred Mark, a workshop of artisan group Prokritee in Bangladesh. The artisans are women who have broken away from the sex trade and now make their living by making soap and handicrafts. The name “Sacred Mark” was inspired by Nobel Prize winning Bengali poet Rabindranath Tagore.
